The Challenge
A mid-size real estate investment firm was tracking tax sale auctions across 14 counties. Their process was entirely manual: each morning, a team member would visit each county website, check for new auction listings, copy property details into a spreadsheet, and flag properties that met their investment criteria. The Solution

Each flow navigates to the county auction page, extracts property details (parcel ID, address, assessed value, minimum bid, auction date), and pushes the results to a shared Google Sheet via webhook. A separate flow applies their investment criteria and sends Slack alerts for properties that match.
The Results
The team eliminated 20+ hours of weekly manual work. More importantly, they stopped missing listings. With 6-hour monitoring intervals, they now receive alerts within hours of a new listing appearing — well ahead of competitors who check sites manually once a day. In the first quarter after automation, the firm identified and successfully bid on 12 additional properties they would have previously missed, generating an estimated $340,000 in additional portfolio value.
